Burnett on Age of Consent

I have written pretty extensively about the Conservative government's legislation to raise the age of sexual consent from 14 to 16 -- not to mention the fact that the age of consent for anal sex is still 18 years old (hello, dinosaur-era laws) .... anyway, Richard Burnett picked up the same argument in his latest Three Dollar Bill column for Hour in Montreal.
